Can I
use ASDA calltime from my mobile?
Yes, but you must have registered your home phone first.
You can link your mobile by dialling 0800 376 8785 and
pressing option
3, then simply follow the prompts. Once you've added your
mobile phone number to your account, simply dial 0207
944 0019* from
your mobile phone followed by the "send" key. You'll
hear how much you have left to spend, then just dial the number you require.
There is no need to press the send key again.*Note your mobile provider
will charge for the duration of your call to the 0207 number.
How do I get more credit?
You can purchase ASDA calltime over the phone
using your credit or debit card.
If you have an ASDA calltime swipe
card you will be able to purchase credit in store. For further
details contact customer services on 0800
376 8785.
How will I know
how much credit I have left?
Each time you dial 1460 or the Cable access
0800 018 5689 number you will be told the funds on your account. If
you run low during a call you will be reminded when you only have one
minute left to talk. You
will then need to add more credit to your account.
How
do I get more credit?
You can purchase ASDA calltime over the phone
using your credit or debit card. If you have an ASDA calltime
swipe card you will be able to purchase credit in store. For

Do I have to change my current telephone or the network I
am using?
No, but if you are on a cable network
you will need to access the service dialling the 0800
018 5689 number provided instead of 1460.
Can
I have an account on two different telephones?
Yes, you will need to arrange this with customer services.
Will I be sent a bill?
No, we put you in control by letting you know how much you have to
spend each time you make a call so there is no need for bills or hidden
charges to worry about.
Do I have to sign a contract to use
ASDA calltime?
No, you may top up whenever necessary
and are not committed beyond
the value of your top up.
What do I do if I have a problem using
ASDA calltime?
Simply call customer services
any time and our agents will be pleased to answer your queries.
Can
I top up my account from www.asda.com?
Not at the moment,
but we hope to add this option in 2007.
Can
I top up my account in store with cash?
You'll need to request a card from our Customer Service
team, so call 0800 376 8785.

I don't want to listen to the announcements
each time I call, can I do anything about this?
Once your account is set up, you can dial the number
you wish to call immediately.
I'm going abroad, can I still use the service?
Yes. For rates calling
back to the UK from abroad, calls from BT payphones and calls using the
